FAQ

  • Can I exchange an item for any other item on your website?
    You can only exchange for the same item in a different style or colour. Please note this is subject to availability so before returning your item please contact us to make sure we have what you are looking for!
  • What if the item I would like to exchange for is not available in the colour or size required?
    We would suggest checking stock availability online before requesting to exchange. If we do not have the item in stock that you have requested, we will process a refund once you have returned the item.
  • What happens if I want to return something outside of the returns and exchange windows?
    If you have missed the 14 day returns window and the 30 day exchange window, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund.
  • How long will it take to receive my order?
    For all online orders, dispatch will be within 48 hours of payment being made. All UK items are sent Royal Mail 1st Class. These should be received within 3 working days of payment being made. During busier periods, this may be a little longer. For International orders these are sent Royal Mail Standard International and we advise to expect your purchase approximately 14 working days from date payment is made.
